This one perfect cup of espresso

The more I talk about this blog and my increasing interest in coffee, the more I realise how serious it is. Now I really want to experience and learn to make all the possible coffees in the world. Would you believe that I have never made a good, real espresso? I consider this a good "manual" for a start! 

Now I only need to find a place where I will be allowed to experiment!;)
